Davy’s experience as a former refugee has instilled resilience and a strong sense of purpose in her approach to leadership. She is passionate about creating meaningful impact - both within organisations and the broader community. Davy’s objective is to contribute to ASEAN’s mission of translating Australian values into social impact, collaborating with ASEAN ambassadors and communities to help shape a sustainable future. 

Davy also supports the ASEAN Board and executive decision-making, overseeing business operations and implementing effective governance and risk management practices. 

Davy is an accomplished senior leader with over 20 years of experience in the regulatory environment within the financial services sector. She operates at the intersection of strategy, operations, and risk management, and has led complex regulatory reforms and strategic initiatives. Davy translates legislative and policy changes into actionable strategies and execution, designing and implementing process improvements that deliver measurable outcomes for customers and stakeholders. 

Davy holds an MBA from AGSM, University of New South Wales, and a Bachelor of Business Studies from Massey University, New Zealand.
